Peaberry is the rarest form of coffee beans and is roasted in our Full City Roast.

Generally, two beans grow within the coffee cherry, but this small pea shaped bean is a result of only one coffee bean developing within a coffee cherry. Peaberry is considered the rarest form of Kona Coffee due to farmers only having 3% to 5% in the entire season’s harvest.
